• Google Business Profile Creation or Optimization: We optimize your Google Business Profile to improve your local search visibility and attract more customers. If you don’t have a Google Business Profile and are a brick and mortar or service business, we walk you through the process of setting up your profile and optimizing it.

• Logo and Brand Kit Creation: We create professional logos and brand kits to help your business stand out with a consistent look for your website, e-commerce site, social media, newsletters, Google Business profile, print materials, etc.

• Website and E-commerce Site Development: One of our digital consultants can build you the framework for a website and/or e-commerce site using one of the following four platforms: Shopify, Wix, Square, or Squarespace (if you are thinking of another platform, discuss it with your digital consultant to determine if it is possible). We will upload a couple of products for you and then show you how to use the platform to upload products, make changes to text, change or add pictures, etc. You are welcome to record this session for future reference.

• Website Audits: If you already have a website or e-commerce site, we can conduct an audit of your site to identify potential changes. We then can walk you through these changes during a zoom meeting and/or provide you with a written report of these suggestions. We will not do the changes for you as we don’t know how your website was initially built.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): If you are interested in improving the SEO of your site, we can show you how to make changes to your site (both at the front-end of your site and the back-end) to make it easier for potential customers to find you.

• Social Media Account Optimization: Another service we offer is to take a look at your Facebook and Instagram accounts and provide suggestions to optimize your accounts. Our goal is to help you maximize engagement and drive traffic to your business.

• Social Media Content Strategy Planning: We can work with you to develop effective social media content plans that align with your business goals and help to engage your audience.

• Email Marketing Content Planning: If you want ideas for your email marketing, we can provide suggestions to help you connect with your customers through email.

• Canva Demonstrations: Whether you are new to Canva or a seasoned user, our team keeps current with new updates to the Canva platform and can show you tips and strategies to brand your business and make your content creation more efficient. We periodically offer virtual learning sessions on this platform as well.

• Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads: We can show you how to create the ads using Meta or Google but we do NOT implement or oversee the running of the ads.

​

• Other: Our first meeting consists of creating an action plan for our time together. Sometimes businesses have unique needs that are not listed above  and we will assist with those projects if appropriate. Some of these “other” services have included designing billboards, business cards, postcards for mail-outs, etc. These designs will be created in Canva.
